Cayman GT4 - Which Seat Option?

On behalf of a friend. He needs to know the relative 'pros' and 'cons' of the various GT4 seat options, so I said I'd enquire.
I would guess it will be mainly road, plus occasional track use, with an eye on residuals.
He said he was going to go for folding buckets (with seat heaters) but discovered they have no height adjustment, and it would probably be driven by drivers between 5'3" and 5'11". Would they still work?
