997 C2S vs GTS values

Average C2S around 40k. GTS average is 70k. Both finger in the air.

How does this make sense ? Is the C2S good value in this context? Is the GTS overpriced? Seems to me the price diff is not justified by diff in the driving experience.

Any thoughts on this?

Regardless of where the market is, the spread seems to be 20k for like for like mileage cars. I have not driven a GTS but my observation is simply that it feels to me that that 997.2 CS manual is a very rare car, more so that the Carrera GTS manual - I have seen 10 max for sale this year, and judging by the GTS thread, there appear to be more GTS's available.

Could be that there is simply a lot more focus on GTSs though...
