Gotcha that makes sense. Plus they probably enjoy seeing how many letters of intent/offers of deposits (OPC don’t do that anymore?) come in for it even at this early stage to gauge the demand. Then again most of them have a ready list of regular GT customers or those That missed out on 991.2 allocations, gives them hope they won’t have to wait too long even though likely to be end 2021 at earliest I guess
