993 - would this put you off as a buyer?
Discussion
Hi chaps
I'm just looking for opinions here
I've come across a lovely 993 Coupe with 58k miles and FPSH.
One fly in the ointment for me is that 3 years ago the odo stopped working and a new one was fitted by an OPC - all documented with paperwork etc but the new one was not adjusted (if that's even possible or common practice) so now it has a reading of a few K miles on.
The car comes with the original failed ODO in a box.
So I have no concerns on the legitimacy of the miles etc but worry this might be off-putting to buyers when I come to sell it in years to come.
Would this put you off if you were a potential buyer?
Also is it actually possible to wind on the miles (if I were to buy it) so it all reads correctly again?
Many thanks in advance
