OPC Servicing - Modified Car?

Hi all.
My GT4 is due a 4 year service, and OPC has called me quoting £975 fixed price servicing.
Am I better going to a good independent at this stage? My car is modified (Sports Cats, IPD intake manifold, GT3 throttle body and Cobb remap). Common sense says the OPC will invalidate my warranty if they see the car in this state of tune during a service.
Would you be put off buying a GT4 if it had service history from a good independent rather than OPC?
