A friend of mine has had his 17 plate in for service, during the service they have updated the software on the car which has removed the ability to turn off the start stop system.
Porsche are saying it is non reversible, he is saying they should have asked permission to remove an option the car was sold with.
Anyone else had this issue?

It's definitely not available in any mode, sport, sport plus etc, the dealers have agreed that this is the case.

Pursue the legal route, my friend has and the outcome from this is that Porsche made a sizeable financial settlement.
