What’s the skinny gents?
My M40i X3 comes up for renewal in 14 months, and I quite like the thought of one of these. If the launch of the current gen is anything to go by, residuals should be as solid as money in the bank too.
Anyone on a waiting list, or put money down? Any news on cost…?
Ps: very new to Porsche!

If you don't have a deposit down already, I reckon the chances of you getting one in 14mths are slim. (I've been on the Taycan GTS wait list for 2.5mths and think that might arrive some time in Q1 next year if I'm lucky). My M40i X3 comes up for renewal in 14 months, and I quite like the thought of one of these. I was initially on my OPC letter of intent list and have now got a deposit on a Petrol GTS (which I don’t want) but that willMy M40i X3 comes up for renewal in 14 months, and I quite like the thought of one of these. Get moved over to the EV when it becomes available. I’m keen to get an early one for obvious I.E. residual value issues etc.

I recently spoke to my local OPC and they said I could put my £3k in but the car wouldn’t be released until 2024.
Did they give an indication on cost?I will be putting a deposit down at my OPC soon, problem is I dont know what for 992.2 C2, Taycan ST or Macan EV. I have that birthday coming up in 2025 which gives you some spending power :-)

My OPC already has 73 people on their waiting list, with this in mind anybody ordering today is not going to get a car until the middle of 2025 at the earliest.
Wonder Is that 73 deposits or 73 letters of intent? These will be depreciation free for first couple of years I suspect with these kind of demand levels…. luckyhands said:
My OPC has taken names but no deposit. Strange how some OPCs have taken deposits. Indicated 2024 for it.
The more mercenary ones will take deposit against the EV itself. Others will take deposit against say a GTS petrol and then flip to EV whenever it’s announced (that’s what I’ve done). Gassing Station | Porsche General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
