Just read this on the Autoexpress website in raletion to the new Audi S8:

"The performance of the brakes is outstanding, especially if they're the optional all-round ceramic discs, which add an extra £5,000 to the £70,000 price tag. They don't fade at all, last 186,000 miles and stop the hefty S8 with ease"

That's rather a long life for ceramics isn't it? Why don't PCCBs last as long? I would have thought the Audi S8 with all of it's weight would have punished the ceramics much more than a 911.

Maybe stick Audi Ceramics on a 911? Maybe in fact they are the same product badged differently?
