I covered all the leather with waterproof, scratchproof blankets and put a basket on top. His harness prevented him from moving far. I took him for a long walk before going in so he slept most of the 4.5 hour journey.

Ok, so he's only 4 months old, and he's gonna grow... a lot! Haven't quite got the answer to what'll happen then, but right now I can confirm a 911 is practical for transporting a labrador biggrin

We had a Cayman and I winged an upgrade to a 997 out of the Mrs wanting a dog!

"Well, if you really want this puppy (the one she was holding at the time) then we'll have to change the car to a 997 or he can't go anywhere with us". Drove from the breeder to the OPC! biggrin
