Hi Daz,
Sorry for delay in reply but have been away in Spain.
Delivery is supposed to be Nov 03 so not to long I hope.I have speced it as follows:-
Basalt Black,grey full leather.
Air suspension.
20"Cayenne Sport Design Alloys
PCM Sat Nav+phone kit.
Bi-Xenon lights.
Comfort pack
heated front/rear seats+wheel
Multi function S/Wheel
Sport Aluminium pack
For those of you that think this is like a Range Rover...NO WAY!!This thing drives almost like a 996!Any disbelievers are welcome to a ride to see for themselves!!

I read on Rennlist, how a guy was getting between 10-13mpg depending on how easy he drove it.
I hope you have Sat Nav on the car Steve, you can program any trips around refueling stops .
Look forward to seeing you & the K-N at VW later in the year.
Paul,I think you will find that was a TT.The S is a lot more fuel friendly!

Hi Don,
Certainly blew my socks off!We will have to get together after I take delivery to give a demonstration.
Have you sorted out the problem with your Boxster?
Steve
Can I be a disbeliever, Steve? Perhaps we could do a repeat of when you were considering the Boxster S? (Still have mine...)

Steve I hope you are right for the sake of your plastic!
The source of my quotes came from 996 forum of rennlist
under the heading of
"Cayenne S as a loaner....." posted by speedyyellow996.
Paul,
Most of the guys on Rennlist seem to say between 14-18MPG for the S,so not to different from your figures....but then I'm not that worried about fuel consumption, the Jeep only does about 15MPG! Will just have to wait and see.
Steve
