brake light repalcement

[911newbie]

Had a quick look over on P-car.com for advice on how easy it is to replace the brake light bulbs.
Is it in the owners manual ? (Mine's at home so I'll look at it tonight)
Can you buy the bulbs by themselves ?

Any advice folks ?
