Thinking of upgrading to a 993TT: Comments please.

Although I love my 993 C4 (which I have only had for about 6 months, I rally miss the sheer power I had with my R34 VSpec Skyline (which had more than 400BHP).
Thus I would like to think about buying a 993 TT.
It would have to be right hand drive and full history.
What kind of money would I need to find for one of these and is there anything I should really be watching for.
Additionally, who makes the most cost effective ECU upgrade for the 993TT? and what does it bring power/torque up to?
