the long wait is finally over

Picked up car yesterday afternoon from Dick Lovett ~ just wanted to thank all those from this place that have helped and advised over the ice age that it took to arrive.
I'm delighted with the car so far (but have 1732.8 miles left in a running in process ~ so can't really comment).
I've taken some pics this a.m. on my travels (any excuse to get in the car) link here >> www.stevecarter.com/x3gtr.htm
No doubt when I get back to the Highlands, I'll take some more exiting ones. It looks like some Scottish pistonheads might be organising a 'Skye & Pie' blat - if so, I'll keep you informed - as the roads up there are porker heaven.
I'm off out... we're out of milk, and I think it's a penny cheaper in North Wales.

Daz - although www.SadGit.net is still the strangest place to visit on the net... my e mail at SadGit was just full of nasty spams (how much bigger do they want my bits to be?)... so I closed it down.
Steve at SteveCarter.co.uk will work (notice the cunning plan).
Edited to say... Hi OldTimer... you get everywhere!

You can buy the tail pipes seperately, rather than part of the pack (code X54) - silly money though.
Me own a TVR? Never. Fabulous cars to watch and listen to (methinks the Grif 500 is the best sound invented by man), but I prefer going round corners on track rather than straight on (which they seem to do a lot of)... I'm more of a Caterham man (or was until I had to pay for the 911)
