Sheesh, do you guys SEE those fantastic photos of the 944 block. No wonder these cars are rev machines, thirty four (34) bolts hold down the main bearing girdle, ha ha, pretty awesome.

You can also see some costs for 944 rebuilds here, but these are generally all race prepped engines, so a stock rebuild should be considerably less $$.

Yeah, the American factor is what you get when you hook the motor directly to a dyno machine, ha ha ha. No big deal, we've been doing it for years.
