Porsche? And any major problems so far?
This question is mainly for 911 owners, but I don't mind poor people who owns those other cars (can't recall the names just now - 948 turbo??) replying too.
Hairdressers' cars can join in as well (Don/Greg).
I'll start - 75k miles on a 996 C4 (1999). No major probs. Just got 4 new tyres fitted (£565 all in!).

What's your car worth now??????????
I thought 11000 on my new 996 Cab since last June was high, obviously not![/quote]
...was offered £30k by a private purchaser last week (as I have been thinking about selling it on and off for a few months). However, I've decided to keep it for now and may perhaps do a supercharger conversion.
I get a bit bored of a car after a couple of years - but I honestly can't think of anything affordable (£50kish) that's reliable, relatively practical and a better driver's car.

My last BoxS did 18,000 miles in two years. My current BoxS will likely do about the same...but I'm keeping this one, I've decided. When its about four I think it will go to visit those nice gentlemen at RUF...then I'll be able to go chasing Daz....
...hadn't thought of a RUF conversion!! What could they do with a stock 996 C4 tiptronic? Any idea of cost anyone? I suppose the tip limits the possibilities.
