Set up tracking , alignment and tires

After a rebuild this summer , and now the engine is run in, the car is really demonstrating it has no traction at all.
Basically the back end is all over the place even on a flat smooth road with half throttle, This is not a gosh my car is powerful thread it has no traction.

In am in Sussex but Straight six is only 90 mins away , my question is who can really do four wheel alignment, corner weighting and then I guess a new set of tires I will add at the same time.

Who has had the car set up and where ?

Thank you for all the replies.
Rear tires are Falken and about 4 years old, they did sit in the cold garage for one year whilst I rebuilt the engine .
They probably are shot.
It really is quite impossible to drive and make progress right now
