Orange is the new grey? Chassis restoration question

Hello all
My Tuscan mk 1 went in to my friends at TrackvRoad for a service and is going to be coming out with a body-off chassis rebuild, rebush etc.
I am drawn to orange powder coat for the chassis and wishbones. Is this sacrilege? Will I have to be buried in it? The body is Azzurro nuvola, the Alfa pearlescent light blue. I don't want to sell it ever but would it put you off?

I think there is a valid argument for going lary.
If you do the white it will look original. However after a year of use it'll look just the same as every car that hasn't been done
To see a lary colour tells a potential buyer its been saved from the rot, whereas an original colour one will be a harder sell?

Did mine orange, orange brake lines, cam cover, timing case.... chassis is RAL 2008, so are wish bones, ditched the stainless under trays and made bespoke tubed items... yep RAL 2008.
Did see orange hoses by Samco, will do that next as I’m doing an engine out again...

Yes, polybushing.
I was a bit concerned that it would look a bit emetic to see orange wishbones when the parked front wheels are turned but it's a bit like the custom loud cans - makes me smile so why not?
Thinking traffic orange RAL 2009 or luminous orange RAL 2005.
Yes, it'll certainly be obvious that the chassis has been done

Sorry Leerdam, had considered a more expensive sparkly finish but have reached my limit of 'might as well while we're in there' man maths reasoning.
Yes, photos as soon as I have any, both of the rusty bits on the outriggers and the new tangoed look.
It's an early Tuscan and I have driven in the snow a bit (winter wheels) so probably not surprising to see a bit of corrosion
