Full refund

Is there anyone out there who knows of a person who has received a full refund on what he/she has paid due to a car being unfit for road use. In my case my Tuscan's windscreen wipers keep ceasing to work due to an electrical fault somewhere in the system,admittedly not a massive mechanical problem but supposedly fixed on four previous occasions. After calling the dealer this A.M I was told there was no way they could send the low loader to me as I live too far away but they'll quite happily let me drive round the M25 leave my car (AGAIN) and charge me £25 a day for the privilege of hiring their courtesy??? car.If I dont get a half decent response from the dealers it will hopefully be for sale through them after I've received a full refund.
