Shoe-off: Tiger has created bespoke range for Mini

stakes with pistonheads-branded t-shirts, but we thought you should know about the clothing collaboration between Mini and Japanese trainer brand Onitsuka Tiger. Tiger is creating a limited edition range of footwear for both men and women to celebrate the launch of the new Mini Clubman in November. Presumably, this means they’ll look hideously ugly from certain angles and you’ll only be able to lace them up from one side. Sorry Mini, didn’t mean to put the boot in…

The driving shoes go on sale in December (note to self: put trainers on emergency Christmas gift list) and will be available in three hues, including these chocolate brown numbers.

Hmmmmm one wonders how many MINI drivers in the UK actually heel and toe and would need these special shoes!? Or are they just a "fashion statement" with no real driving benefit!?
