Key Fob / Immobiliser Problem
Discussion
Got a problem with my key fob / immobiliser hopefully someone can help me out.
Opened my cerb using the key fob just as I do every other day, got in and was just about to start it then realised I forgot something in the house. Got out, went into the house and came back out again. Got back into the car, obviously the immobiliser timer will have kicked in so I wouldn't be able to start it. Pressed the button on the key fob so I can start the car but it would not disarm the immobiliser. Now the button does not work at all - I can't even lock the car. So I went and got my spare keys and they are exactly the same - does not work one bit. I can still start the car by plugging in the immob key to disarm it. I'm just wondering if it's possible I may of nudged something inside the car to make it not work? Or could it simply be both key fobs have ran out of battery? Anyone have any other ideas?
Cheers
