I have just insured my car with Henderson Taylor, but for the agreed value they need a valuation report as well as photos.

Any suggestions where I could get the valuation from, and the approximate cost?

Car club?
Yes - TVR Owners Club was one of the insurers suggested sources - but considering the fiasco last year that is not my first choice.

Thanks, that list includes APM who knows me and my car. It is a bit of a trek but probably worth doing.

Since my car spent most of the last two years on axle stands, I never got around to dealing with the valuation

Has anyone got any updates or recent experience to add to the advice given previously?

I took mine to STR8SIX, as you would expect;-)

They wrote a description of the car which I sent to the insurers and that was it job done and a £40k agreed valuation.
Lewknor - not sure why, but I never realised they were that close to me, will try to book something for a Saturday morning - Thanks
