Following the success of the last one (http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=63&t=1571326&nmt=Sat+12th+Mar+-+Supercar+Breakfast+Meet+%26amp%3B+Drive&mid=225815) I have arranged another Supercar Breakfast Meet & Drive down to Goodwood to coincide with the Saywell International Charity Track Day on Sat 30th July.

Peter Saywell has very kindly agreed that certain cars (but sadly not all due to space constraints) will get paddock parking and the opportunity to take part in the lunchtime grid display.

As the Saywell Track Day is a Charity event I would ask those taking part in the Breakfast Meet & Drive down to make a suitable donation which I will pass on.

As before, the Breakfast Meet and Drive is a private event only for those actually taking part. We will rendezvous at a suitable location in Surrey/Sussex* at 8am where you'll be able to get yourself a Breakfast before departing around 9:00/9:15 for a 45min - 1hour convoy drive to Goodwood.

  • I will circulate exact location details a couple of days before and request that this information isn't shared with anyone else in order to keep the Breakfast meet private.

Those wanting to attend please copy & paste list below and add your details.

NB. Supercars only. Sadly I may need to delete cars that aren't "super enough" if there's more demand than we're able to accommodate - my apologies, but we are limited on capacity.

Details went out this morning to everyone confirming our meeting location.

If anyone hasn't received them please let me know.

See you all on Saturday.

Ian

ps. If anyone else would like to take part please PM me as we've had a few drop out and therefore have a couple of vacant 'spaces'

Looking forward to seeing everyone in the morning, if anyone hasn't received meeting place details please let me know asap.

Despite a few people dropping out we still have 35 coming to the Breakfast rendezvous, a couple of cars aren't doing the convoy but a couple of extra cars (including a Miura) will be meeting us there.

All-in-all it promises to be a good day, fine and dry (17C - 21C) but a bit more sunshine wouldn't go amiss!

Ian

Just received a very nice 'Thank You' from Peter Saywell's wife for the just over £400 we contributed to £7,380.14 raised in total.

I was very pleased with our contribution, particularly from those that put in a bit extra and for the passenger's who contributed likewise.

We also got an invite to do it again at the next one, so you're all up for it...?
