To buy or not to buy that is the question

Guys can I call upon your combined knowledge? Having owned over a dozen TVR's my thoughts and desires are turning to Ferrari. I'm considering a 360 spider with conventional gear shift. New/seconhand - depreciation - what deals are about - reliability similar to TVR - any thing else I should know? I would appreciate your input.
