Well everyone. You asked for it. Now you've got it. Basingstoke PHers (and all our friends from all around the area...) come along to our next meet:

Pie On The Beach - its a picnic!

.mark has come up with a fine location and I've sorted out a drive there (and back for those who want it!). To misquote Michelin: Its High Performance Time Again!

There's a convoy drive, seaside attractions, games, a picnic (byo), and a Pitch and Putt competition (informal!) as well as what always makes these events - a fine array of automotive excellence to be enjoyed.

Who makes a success of these events is YOU! So come along and have a good time.

We may also have a surprise guest...

I've prepared a schedule in my usual style - print it out, take it along. Bring a map just in case!

In short though: 8th Sept. Meet in Basingstoke (unless just joining us later). Drive to coast. Meet at top of Hayling Island - more PHers join. Drive to bottom Island. Park up. Picnic. Beer/Coke. Pitch'n'Putt. Beach. Bit of fun. For those returning to Basingstoke optional country drive on way back. There you go.
