Can i race my shed at Vmax?

Hi all,

I have a stage 5 Saab 9-5 Aero running 342 bhp /384 lb ft and would love to do some rolling start races against M5s and the like.

Is Vmax doable for a non-supercar, or is there a similar event for mere mortals?

Would love to give you M5 boys a runway race, e39 I'd have a chance, but e60 not a chance in hell!
