I made a flying visit to this PF venue.
Was shocked in the morning, when I had already left and was half way out of Norwich to find that my right front indicator had been nicked on my 993 tt

I had to drive the Porker all the way to Germany sans indicator lense.

If some trampy thief was after the white indicator lenses why would they only nick one side? Most likely spiteful behaviour because the cars a Porsche

Not sure if the lense was still there when me and Frik had a walk around the car late on Sunday. It was dark. If it was there, then they probably nicked it when I was sleeping in the car!
Now I have to go hunting for a Porsche dealer near here. At least in England I knew where all the specialists were.....

Surely more likely it just fell off when you were driving on the camp site. It was very bumpy and anything slightly loose would likely fall off at that time.

Nope. It's secured in place by screws and clips/wedged in.
Also, I didn't go to the camp site because I came late, I couldn't find you guys. Perhaps if I had parked up near the others this wouldn't have happened. I parked up near the offices, even further up nearer to the track than the restaurant and toilets/showers.

It was good to meet both you Mathew C and Frik.
Thanks for the complements about the 993 Frik, Id forgotten how much fun she is to drive!
I've gotten hold of a new unit at a main dealer for quite a good price. Only problem is I started spending alot more on other Porker stuff when I saw the prices over here compared to the UK!

Hi ya quinn,
well it also works for my 1970s BM, few people even remember the car let alone want to nick anything off it!
