Can anyone planning to come please drop me a mail through my profile with your name & your car details.

Cost details as always to follow although shouldnt be much different to last time (working on making it slightly cheaper this time) and may charge spectators a purely nominal fee, reasons for this to be explained later.

Those who have already emailed me, no need to duplicate. The VMAX regulars will have priority over spaces as always so anyone else pls mail me asap.

Cheers, its gonna be a good un. I'm about to confirm the attendance of a Gallardo.

Hi chaps..Mr F YHM, Daz, yup, agreed, i think the mile rolling start sprints will prove interesting on the TVR front, looking like we have a chimp, cerbie, T350, Tuscan S x2 and a tamora coming so some scores to be settled

as I said before re. spectators, no problem to come along. Passengers in paying cars will not be charged (no trying to fit 6 of you in a 360 )I will ask spectators for their nominal fee (probably a fiver) in advance and I will use this to reduce costs for the drivers/at the least pay for the burgers

This is essentially a private group booking, therefore:

Helmets optional
No sound limits
Road Legal cars only
We are all responsible for our own safety and will sign disclaimers to say so

While the emphasis is always on safety (which is why we only run 2 cars in tandem when we could easily run 4).............
we ARE going there to have a bloody good time & to enjoy the feeling that we can take our respective automotive exotica onto that bloody long, bloody wide straight and nail the throttle without any fear of the Chaps in blue, speed cameras, scamera vans or anyone else to ruin our fun! We can then keep it nailed until we run out of bottle or the car runs out of grunt! For some of you, you never get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YEEEEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

sorry chaps and chapesses, I got a little carried away there.

to clarify, general order of the day is that we meet about 9.30, have a safety briefing and a low speed drive around the circuit, have a chance to look at the bends, braking zone etc.

Then two cars go out in parallel, short blast down the approach to the straight, there is a long sweeping 180 degree right hander into the straight, enter straight, gun it!

After a short delay the next pair go, we do this for the morning & everyone has a chance to mix and match with each other (its pretty informal & you get a good amount of time out on the circuit)

Once you have done the straight you can blast back to the (pits/waiting area) as quickly or as gently as you wish.

Break for lunch then we do some 20mph rolling sprints, the reason for the rolling start is to preserve our clutches, (we are always well away from each other to cut down on stonechips & to be extra safe), the rolling sprints are over a mile, gives a good chance to settle scores & get some good speed comparisons, you can carry on after the mile & complete the high speed run to get a max speed figure if you wish.

Then back to the high speed runs.

As I've said before its very informal, just abide by Greg's marshalling rules, he will only make you wait for as long as it is safe, ie if you are in a slightly slower car & he sees Daz & Derestrictor are lining up behind you he will give you plenty of time to complete your run without fear of you seeing two missiles appearing rapidly behind you!

Above all, you get a great deal of time on the track and have a bloody good time, some passenger rides & a good chat with fellow ph'ers.

Re passenger rides, I've had a lot of emails asking if spectators can come & get passenger rides. This is fine but please remember to be polite & courteous, we have always had a great deal of goodwill on the day and passenger rides aplenty, however, please ask nicely/have a chat first and everybody will be happy.

Any more questions?

ps. I'm pretty much full now however there are always drop outs, if you wish to come please email me as I have a reserve list starting today.

goodlife, depends on spectator numbers and nobody dropping out, will certainly be no more than £150 per car, probably a bit less (to be honest, i havent had time to do my definitive list from the mountain of emails I've had but I didnt want to keep promising places to people when I wasnt 100% sure there was space) I will update asap. (sorry, I have to do some "proper" work )
