Just wondering... How hard is it to get siezed pistons out of a block.
I'm looking at a couple of RV8 engines for a little project but quite a few are siezed.
If it's doable then I'll probably take it on, but I don't want a huge expensive job to get it done.

Cheers
Andy

Good, at least I now know that they will come out somehow.
I don't need to get the engine working again just didn't want a few pistons stuck in there.

Thanks

Is this a table project?

Boosted.

Well figured out Holmes.... not difficult I suppose

I've had they threads bookmarked for about a year but never got round to actually doing anything about it. Now that they have resurfaced has just reminded me that I need a table for the living room and what a perfect opportunity it is to convince the girlfriend.
I managed to jigsaw through the current one by mistake, oops.

I hate the idea of using a perfectly good engine hence the question, and my garage is about to have a little more space for a couple of months.
