Tr7 V8 Starter motor wiring problem
Discussion
I have just replaced the engine in the TR7 and i thought I'd labeled everything up to ensure and easy re-connection transition.
I was wrong
I have wired up the starter motor incorrectly resulting in a no start situation
The solenoid has two posts - one with a strap to the starter and another one which takes the battery + lead. There are another 2 large wires which I have also attached to this post
Then there are 2 other small wires - one which screws to the top of the solenoid and one which is a spade connection to the bottom of the solenoid
Any ideas what I have done wrong?
I've checked the starter motor previously and it worked fine...
