Can anybody help.
On my way home from the Midlands Subaru owners club meet at Curborough sprint course my RB5 developed a misfire, was OK while driving at a decent speed, but when I was in slow traffic, ie, third and fourth gear it started to misfire, a quick blip on the throttle with the clutch down cleared is with a good pop and bang, when I got moving again all was OK, but the same thing happened when in slow traffic again. It's done it a few times before, mainly in hot weather and on a long run! I had the leads, plugs and MAF change last year, so it can't be them. Has any body any idea's. As I say. It doesn't happen all of the time. I'm wondering if the fuel pump is going faulty! Or possibly the full filter?
