Looks like oil on the spark plugs :O

Hey guys, I had a feeling to check my spark plugs earlier to see if they were ok, and it looks like there's a bit of oil on them :/ Does this look normal? Or is it a leaking gasket of some kind? (the car is a 2003 MK4 Golf 1.6 16v)
