cheers bud ,the thing is though it drove fine for 30 odd miles to get me home it was only when battery started to deplete that these lights came on ? so thinking it could be that with lack off power the immobiliser has kicked in !, as it was going until I parked it up 👍

Thanks Stevie unfortunately very hard to get someone at the times I get home at but trying to get a boy to maybe come out after his work to check it over 👍I was wondering if the battery was that low could it of locked the immobiliser up or the ecu ? As the only power it had was what was left in the battery as the alternator was not producing any power at all ? It was still running when I parked up ??!!!!

sorry but not a misleading post if read you know what it said ! !! yes I fitted another alternator and yes a fully charged battery was also fitted the next day !!!??? so I thought and thought after reading all the posts that I could find on connecting the jump leads wrong way round ,and after rechecking if fuel was not getting to injectors it was rather easy to diagnose the fault with a little thinking ??,!! if the van drove 30 odd miles after the incident and lights came on just before I turned into my road parked up then fitted parts next day and all lights on but wouldn't start ? how would it drive the distance if ECU or any other part was fried ?? not possible .... so borrowed reader cleared all the faults caused by the low voltage and hi presto van started straight away thanks for replies though one happy chappie thought it was going to scrap yard lol😂👍👍👍 thanks again though chaps 👍
