Machining work for a project

I'm about to do a rebuild project on my MR2, and wondered if anyone on here would have some advice or recommendations on places that can undertake the machining work. The block needs to be bored, head needs porting etc, and I'm also interested in places to get work done to the crankshaft, such as knife-edging.
