Propshaft question

Are (or rather, were) propshafts factory balanced ?

I have 2 props, both from identical cars, but the placing and positioning of the thin weights is different on each along the prop. Both are RWD Colts from the 80's, but I'm selling one for someone to use and wanted to make sure before it gets fitted.

The alignment of the prop is spot on, as it is still untouched, although it'll need a new donut sometime soon. One of the weights is also a bit loose, so I'll dab a tiny bit of weld on it. They're steel weights, not lead.
