Basically, I Need to make some valves. The std, NA application ones are going to melt horribly all over my expensive pistons if I don't when I turn the boost up.
I Need 3 sizes, 4 of each, in stainless steel made to fit my head.

Does anyone know where I can get some sort of reference or comparison so I can get something close to what I need? The idea being to buy oversized and cut them back to fit. Either that or buy suitable blanks.

The application is a Renault 2.0 litre 12v head on a J7R (R21Turbo) block, highly modded with wire rung steel liners, forged pistons etc etc, with full standalone management and Nitrous.

I'm kinda stuck cos I didnt really wanna go overseas to get it done....

I'm based in the midlands.

Cheers!

Renault 21 Turbo Quadra.

I'd rather make some stainless ones than coat std ones.....I havent done half a job on anything so far and wouldnt risk it cos the pistons and liners alone are worth a couple of G.

Anyone?

Thanks for the replies.

I Like the look of those Ivey valves, but cant find any contact details for him, the company or any dealers.

Can anyone give me a lead on contacting someone about these?

Cheers in advance.

sodium filled ?????
Thought about it. The standard R21 Turbo valves are sodium filled with brass guides, even considered cutting them down to fit! Cost is a factor now though (baby No2 due in 2 weeks!) so i'd be happy with stainless.

Looks like i'm headed stateside unless someone has info on those Ivey valves?
