Just ordered 2 from Mytyres £170.00 each, will update when fitted and done a few miles.

Camskill said they were not available in the UK, these are coming from Germany.

I know people don't like them on the Monaro, I had Falken 452's on my CL 55AMG for years with no problems, I find the bridgestone's scary in the wet, a recent trip from London to York in heavy rain was not a pleasant experience, very bad aquaplaning in straight lines through standing water (spare underpants required). and losing the back end exiting roundabouts even though its an auto and light throttle.

The reviews say the 453's are a better Tyre so for £20.00 more I went for them.

Done about 5k on them now. They are far Superiour in the wet I can go through standing water without a twitch. They are not as soft as the Bridgestones , but are very predictable , the tyre pressures on the front ( bridgestones ) make a huge difference to the handeling.

Could the car have been aquaplaning due to a lack of tread though? scratchchin
