Heater Fan

Sooo my heater fan on my CV8 (VZ) is fubar, noisy doesn't even come close.

Stripped it down and I'd guess its the bearing in the base (which doesn't look like a nice easy change out) so I'm wondering where (if its even possible) to get a replacement fan/blower from?

Is there any places in the UK first call? I know I could probably get a second hand but given the age of the cars now I think I'd rather a new if possible.

Suggestions on a post card most welcome
