Morning all,

For those of you living in the Warwickshire/Midlands area, on the second Tuesday of each month, there is a free to attend car show at The British Motor Museum in Gaydon Warks. Me and some of my local mates all take our cars. Its a really good night out and last year we got 4 Ro's and a VXR8 attend. The event is really well attended and some amazing cars go too, from the really exotic to the totally mundane. Its usually from 5-8pm.

I've added a link if anyone fancies it. If you do, then come and say hello. Me and my mate always go (Black HSV Ro and Black CV8 Ro) and it's a good laugh. Food is good too!

I have my old air con compressor and some bits of pipe / radiator if you needed too, although will probably be a bit late by then! hehe
I might just take you up on that if needed fella. I'm booking it in for an investigation in a week or so. I will lay bets on it being a cracked pipe or seal that's gone. One of the joys of having a car that doesn't get used for 4-5 months of the year grumpy

If it's pipes or whatever let me know, although when I did the cam swap it had no gas in it so it is possible I had a leak somewhere, I didn't use the AC much hence not being too fussed to have dumped it.

I have the whole lot in the shed anyway, I may have cut a pipe fitting off one pipe for someone though, I forget if I just offered or if I did it hehe
Thanks James nice one fella, I will let you know how I get on. It's booked in 2 weeks for an investigation

Next Gaydon event is 14th June. We had a good turnout last time with 5 Ro's in attendance. It appears 3 were there all independently of each other! Tickets are free! Would be good to get 10 Ro's and some VXR8's too....any HSV's/Holdens for that matter!

Here is a link to the event which was live-streamed last time...the guy LOVES Monaro's clearly smokin

I'd suggest 5pm at the pull in just before the gatehouse, if everyone is interested

Gaydon tickets are available. It's free! Looks like we have 5/6 confirmed Ro's. Be good to have a VXR8 or two as well if anyone wants to come along. Meeting 5pm at the gatehouse just before they check the tickets off

Nice to meet you and Mrs Big A last night! 5 Ro's this time, let's see if we can get 10 next time

For those of you who are wondering what it's all about, watch this live stream done last night. Must have been 3-400 people there last night and every car you could ever wish for and then some.

I'd struggle to get there particularly early from work, finish around 17:30 and in MK.

It says it's on until 20:30, do people tend to hang about until the end?
Yeh quite a few hang about until then. People tend to come and go but there but this week it was mobbed. The sun brought everyone out.

Ha ha ha. Yes and you didn't even realise it ! Great to see you too fella. You and your good lady have good taste in cars. Your Ro sounds absolutely EPIC! That is one serious beast you have there. I'm 100% jealous and those seats....the Ro should have come with those as standard for absolute sure!

It was a great evening and hope to see you there again biggrin
