Just checking a couple of things I've found whilst getting to know my Tamora...
I've found several electrical connectors with nothing connected to them. Is there meant to be something connected to any of these or were they just there for future expansion?:
I think this is the OBD connector?:

3 connectors found under the centre console in front of gear stick (2x 3-pin black/green/red, and 1x 4-pin green/black/white striped):

2 connectors found on top of the steering column (1x 2-pin brown & black, 1x 3-pin blue/green/black):

1 connector found under the steering column (3-pin white with green/red/black stripes):

Thanks for any info or whether it's meant to be like this and I can ignore them.

Loom is out of the GM parts bin, so there is many unused connectors. I have a set of electrical technical data for the Tamora (somewhere!) message me your email address I will hunt them
Ahh, that's not so bad then, thanks. If you can dig out some wiring info, that would be great. I'll PM you in 24hrs (when PH lets me) in case you do find it. That may help loads with my 'lack of a heater amplifier' problem too (see my other post).

Loom is bespoke and not found in any other car, connectors are also some what bespoke, not usually used in the automotive world.

1: OBD Port, unused
2: Legacy load level & heated seats unused
3: Heated screen interface, unused Dash ECU plug
4: Diagnostic port for Engine ECU

If you hunt, there are actually a lot more. if you find them, dont worry. options that were never used, includind Knock sensor and mass stepper motor control on engine harness.
That's all good to know and I now know which is the diagnostic plug for when I get a cable. Thanks for taking the time with such a detailed response thumbup
