I picked my V8V S yesterday; I don’t think I’ve laughed out loud so much in a car ever!

All nicely warmed up, sound system firmly in the OFF position, first bit of clear motorway, down 4 gears, foot to floor, THAT WONDEROUS NOISE!!! A good 2 min of laughing! This of course was, for some reason, repeated numerous times!

Next up on the comedy programme, tunnel hooligan…. you know what I mean. Queue some more laughter

Followed by driving along, sunny snow capped mountains……. I’ve just bought an Aston… more hearty laugh track to be inserted.

For the curtain call, derestricted German Autobahn that wasn’t too busy (though the plus point is you have slow for traffic and then accelerate again, again), a joke that just keeps on giving the big laughs!

I can’t wait until the running in is completed and the roads a bit higher up (the twisty turn ones of course) thaw out then the real fun can begin.

Total laughs per km, who knows, but definitely A LOT.

I have to agree, a good GT with a bit of a stiff ride, which I like. Then when you've had enough of being borring, toe down and awwwwaaaayyyyyy we go!

With all the banter I've lost track if your coming for a holiday or to live.

Either way I'm always up for a good blat in the mountainss and don't mind playing tour guide (roads not scenary, though the second part comes a bit by default here).

The only requirement is that fuse 22 is pulled to ensure that the hills are alive with the sounds of loud V8s/V12swoohoo
