I never bought cars on finance, always bought outright, would appreciate some advice.

Thinking of getting DB9 on finance now, had a brief look on Stratstone's website and the financing options they have there look a bit hrrmm expensive
At the low end of the market, for £40k car HP sample:
Deposit £7,754.00
Balance £31,240.00
First Payment £1,681.03
Term 24
Final Payment £1,681.03
Total Payable £44,248.72
Monthly £1,506.03

Looks like 14% APR. Does not sound normal to me but I've got used to property financing, not car financing wink
Advice would be highly appreciated.
Whom would be the best people to talk to, any recommendations? and what sort of rate is 'normal' for 24/36 month HP or PCP finance with 10-20% deposit.

i've just received an email from Stratstone offering a news DBS with 0% finance, no payments for 2yrs, £22,500 deposit contribution from AM and 2yrs servicing meaning you'd pay a total of £183,000. However, a guest at the Stratstone Mayfair Vanquish event this week told me he was offered a new DBS for £125,000.

Thx for that
I think DBS would be out of my price range and it is not required as the car is for my mrs who is unlikely to use more then 30% of DB9s power wink
She just loves the look of AM
