Chaps, just got back from picking up my V8V. Weather was dreadful, traffic awful, but did I care? No! What a wonderful place to be. Yes, I'll get some photos on soon, need a beer before I do anything else!
Thanks for all advice, couldn't have done it without you all!
Mark

Another military helo pilot with a V8V - we'll start getting a reputation if we're not careful!

Congrats on the new motor, enjoy.

I assume you finally managed to find the right insurer laugh
Oddly, it ended up being the company I was complaining about! Good price and great customer service.

Congrats Mark - I'm in the caravan at the moment by Mount Snowdon - for some reason I cannot access your piccies but I'm sure it's a belter.

Lot of helicopter activity going on overhead so they must be striving to get the triathletes off the mountain before the storm hits us !!

smile
Mate, if they're flying today, it sure to be search and rescue....it is a Sunday after all! Stay safe, this weather's going to be grim for a while. Cars tucked up in the garage.....

Mark she is a beauty, now let's have a photo of Aston and Helicopter together please.
PS glad all worked out with Locktons.

Grant, what a cracking idea. Coincidentally, the photographer at work loves it and wants to do something special - his words not mine! I'll get something sorted and post them up. M
