All - apologies if this has been covered.

Curious as to how many manual V12 Vantages were A: Produced worldwide & B: were RHD / UK registered? I hear in press articles that 2000 or so were made but it feels like more?

IMO - it's such a stunning car and so glad they did it in a manual. Am thinking this could me my next hop after my GT3 fun...

Using the website with the wobbly data (due to DVLA), the answers might be;

A: Don't know, although it ought to appear on this webpage in due course.
http://www.astonmartin.com/heritage/past-models

B: UK new registrations (Coupes).

2009 = 86
2010 = 116
2011 = 65
2012 = 79
2013 = 56 (to 30 June)
Total = 397 (to 30 June 2013

You probably already know, but in the future the rarity will be the roadster, but both might be the last v12 Aston Martin to have a manual gearboz.
Thanks Jon. Quite a low number then and agree on the rarity / manual point for both variants.

Can you or someone comment on fuel consumption. I'm aware it's not going to be anywhere green but is it horrific or not as bad as expected? My GT3 gets 30+ on a motor way cruise and then down to high / mid teens on a blatt...

Thanks...

I average 17mpg in mine but on a longer motorway run cruising 70-75mph then you can achieve 22-24mpg. Cruising between 60-65 gets you 25-28mpg but it's slow going!
If you push on on a fast A road or country road using the gears etc or around town then 10-15mpg is achieved.
HTH
Ok not so bad then... I also have an RS6 and that gives similar figures. All down to the right foot abuse I guess plus it wouldn't be a daily drive...

Mark - I'm the Unofficial V12V Register keeper, having started this nearly 3 years ago.
A) I can confirm there are 1200 manual V12V Coupes built worldwide;

B) I have 364 confirmed UK manual V12V coupes but the Register is still in progress particularly with the latter cars so the number of UK cars is likely to be closer to 400 but definately no higher than that.

I also have specific details for colour/country/spec breakdowns if you need any further details, just email me or I update my Register topic on here as and when.

Cheers - Phil
Many thanks Phil
