V8 4.7 or V8S 4.7?

Is there any particular reason I should go for an S over a normal 4.7?

I do around 1200 miles a month and the car will be my daily over summer.

Does the S justify what seems to be around a 10k premium over a similar mileage 2010 car?

I'm looking for a car to take to work and take around Europe this summer.

Finding a nice S which isn't black for circa £60k is proving difficult!
