I only went in for a service........

For me, owning a DBS pretty much sums up what owning an Aston Martin is all about. A stunningly gorgeous machine, fast, powerful and worthy of its place of topping the range in 2012. But it's 2015 - so I bought this.......... It wasn't my fault, it was between the front door and the service desk. Honest.
Morning Frost dripping in carbon. Yum!

LD, you probably and understandably won't have seen my last post about being in a foul mood, but I wish to thank you personally for lifting said mood. I love it when you go shopping. That is magnificent. Well done chum!
Makes two of us - had an absolute stter of a day but little self rewards make everything worth it. Glad to be of service. Thanks for all the positive comments guys. I must admit, I stared at it for quite some time saying to myself "You don't like white cars but that is absofkinglutely gorgeous." (Repeat many times). Guess I'll be a regular in the non black/grey thread after the weekend.
Only two more sleeps - well, to be honest that'll be no sleeps as sleeping is a bit of a problem just now.

Phil, you'll def not look out of place as your not far from footballers wives country...
oh, I'm going to be heading up your way next month. Should i get some fake tan on the go?
Says the man (using the term loosely) who owns a pair of these.........oh, I'm going to be heading up your way next month. Should i get some fake tan on the go?
Even your dog is white - footballers wives??? You ARE a footballer's wife!
It's here! So, initial thoughts. My word it's good. The eight speed box is a dream. It's quick changing, smooth and a joy to use on the paddles. The "hold the left paddle to shift down into the correct gear" feature is worth using just to hear the opera that occurs out back. The fit and finish is definitely a notch on - seats feel more supportive and I've already got used to the steering square - sorry, wheel. AM have done a great job with the acoustics inside the car, the B&O system sounds much richer than in the DBS and Bluetooth music streaming brings things nicely up to date. The ride and handling is much improved and feels a lot more sure footed at the rear of the car. More to follow as the miles rack up.
And now, it's home and tucked away next to its sister - I just hope my DBS isn't too lonely this evening.

Why were you on the m25 you bender?
Because I have a multi pound business to attend to before I can start taking the day off to play with Astons. Don't be late on Sunday - I cleaned the car last night and it's gonna piss down. Hold on, it's the London marathon on Sunday. You haven't double booked have you??

Nice Vanquish, I saw a Volante yesterday at Nice airport, very tasty.
I see you've got a Range Rover Autobiography tucked under the car port on one of your pictures. Supercharged? I find a Range Rover and an Aston the perfect combination. What else do you need?
Not supercharged but it is a V8 - which is more than ample when there's a Vanquish in the same garage. I see you've got a Range Rover Autobiography tucked under the car port on one of your pictures. Supercharged? I find a Range Rover and an Aston the perfect combination. What else do you need?
