I sold them an Aston and purchased one from them. How would I describe them, quite difficult to give a straightforward answer.
The good: very accommodating, very pleasant to deal with and excellent showroom and premises.
I had purchased an Aston elsewhere, I wanted a newer one that they were selling on behalf of a customer. I negotiated a price over the phone and duly visited them.
Very hospitable and no issues to having a test drive whilst they inspected my car. On return to the dealerships I was surprised to hear my car had been inspected and had been repaired front and back. This came as a shock to me as I had not noticed anything myself. I was duly shown what they had found, and although minor they were correct. ( on very close inspection).
I asked if they still wanted to trade and indeed if they would stand by the quote. They phoned the owner of the car and no doubt got him to reduce his price a little , I paid them the agreed price without any deduction and they serviced and delivered the car to my home.
I have since had one very minor issue which they sorted out very promptly and to my total satisfaction.
I then saw the advert for my car at a relatively very sensible markup But described as immaculate!
My conclusion would be that as long as you inspect the car you should be fine.
I believe they are a good dealership and I would be happy to trade with them in future.

Did you buy the GT4 Cayman from Bolers Phil ?
No as my experience with them wasn't great.. the car I was interested in was advertised as a 2016 plate then it later transpired that it was a 2015! They still wanting the advertised price with no negotiation. luckily I found one at Porsche Leicester 2016 plate better spec and 2k cheaper Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
