I have the same problem, tried a hose attachement decalcifier, did not work. I guess the waterflow is too high for the thing to work. My solution is a leafblower to dry the car and microfiber drying towel. Cumbersom and not very flash but did not find a better solution yet.

You could use a blower but I just use a couple of large and super-absorbent Plush Feck's Philosophy Professor Plush Drying Towel. They are about 1200gsm IIRC and £13-14 a pop. Pat the car dry quickly using the towel folded in four to avoid swirl marks, turning an unused portion of the folded towel after every four or five "pats". I imagine YouTube will yield a clip or two showing the technique as it is recommended by many detailers.
You might also consider getting a ceramic hydrophobic coating which will prevent water settling on the body and which will allow waxing on top of it.

I use Race Glaze 7L refillable cylinder. I plug in line with pressure washer inlet for a final rinse then let ar dry. Good idea to get a tds meter to check resin for when it gets exhausted. Some people said that I could not use with pressure washer due to amount of water going through. That is not the case. I checked volume flow rate and pressure washer uses less than standard hose ! Not had to change resin yet but lots of places online to get it.

Another supporter of deionised water here. I have the Raceglaze system. Here in South Yorkshire/ North Derbyshire water (not too hard) the granules last about a year with weekly final rinsing after a two bucket wash. The replacement granules are easy to change as you can get a wide neck funnel to help refill the canister. The guys from Raceglaze were at Burghley last year and were really helpful.
