TPMS playing up

Keeps reporting 0 or 78 PSI for front NS and the dash lights flash. May be a hard fault or may just be the in wheel battery? What are the symptoms for the battery failing and how does battery failure play out guys - will all 4 wheels need doing same time as a tyre off job? Any experience welcome. Thanks.

Guys - no one any experience of batteries/battery life in the TPMS sender? I have a full new set of tyres imminent and wondered if I should turn up with new batteries for the fitters (if they are servicable)? Thx

Someone must know specifics/part number of who makes them for Aston as that £160 per corner will be a huge cost ( I know the TMPS ECU is made by Beru). Off to check the small print on my warranty too to see if this is another sneaky exclusion...

I really like the functionality as it takes away all the pressure checking malarkey or feeling you dont do it often enough and wondering if garage gauges are accurate etc. It can also be difficult to immediately sense a puncture in a straight line with very low profile tyres so would love to keep the function.

Had it fixed at Bristol a few weeks ago before a pilgrimage to the Nurburgring - new TPMS sender front left...

Guess what! Rear right is playing up now. Dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree on the autobahns during out trip!

This must be a battery lifetime issue right? I can get it fixed on the warranty (odd no sneaky buried clauses on battery life mind)... But at about £200 fitted per corner you wouldn't want this issue out of warranty!

Thanks guys - have been Googling and about 6 years seems to be their lifetime. I'll see if I can make the warranty company's day and get the other 3 done. Wish me luck!

Seems to be an £86 part for the second gen Beru/Huf system based on Aston part number AD43-360671-AA and they SAY the replacement Huf RDE011it doesn't need coding or specialist diagnostics... [Huf bought out Beru)

Can anyone confirm it doesn't need any specialist tools and registers/ learns on the move as that site above suggests? Does not seem plausible to me as it needs a wheel ID? Huf also seems to disagree: https://www.intellisens.com/10/menue/service/
