I didn't want to post in the main thread, too PH'y for me.
I desperately want TVR to succeed - never owned one - but that didn't stop me dreaming about buying one/scrutinising the classifieds in my youth.
But that exterior design leaves me totally cold, like the illegitimate child of an AMG Mercedes and a Toyota. But am in a minority in thinking that? Would much rather by a Sagaris. But what do all the ex-TVR guys here think of the new car launched today?
I sincerely hope the new Vantage looks, hmm...better

I see where you're coming from but for practical purposes isn't Veg right here?
After all if I have £90k to spend on a car today I do actually have the choice between buying a new TVR or a used "insert car of choice"?
And on that basis if I wanted a TVR I'd buy a Sagaris for £70k or a V12V instead of a new Griffith. Once the new ones have depreciated down to £45-50k they might become interesting for some (albeit the styling doesn't appeal to me so it would still be a no)
