Got a nice deal on my first Aston - DB9. Simon was a gent at Works and with little pain we reach a good deal on the car and me parting ex 1x child and some money.

basically a 2013 car with 6300 miles 2 owners.

It has liquid silver wheels - Meh I though in the pics but in the flesh hang on there like wow they look stunning.

Was difficult choise to sell the RS6 as its really is a car for all weathers and power but the DB9 - feels like ive grown up.

Lovely to also meet Kev and his wife there in their red V12 Vantage and to have look around the new Vantage in the showroom on Sat. Appreciate all the messages and help with getting a good deal done. Collect in 2 weeks.

James, congratulations on your purchase. It was good to meet you and your daughters, shame you have had to sell one into the "Barista Slavery Trade" as they both seemed lovely young ladies.
I did warn you not to partake of the coffee/tea beforehand wink
Your new DB9 looked lovely sat there covered in road grime from its test drive I am sure you will enjoy every minute of it.
ETA Wheels look great but then I think they do in the photos.

It will be a very special moment in 2 weeks time when they offload the new toy outside your home, plenty of photos then.

Like you we liked the new Vantage but I can imagine it is a much more colour sensitive design than the previous version.
The red with black accents worked well but I wasn't sure that the interior colour really went with it but that is a very personal choice.

Ive swapped over the delivery for a collect in person and a collect/return when I have it serviced. Part of the fun for me is the first drive home. So will stay over in MK with 1x daughter the night before and have a lovely drive home first thing sat.

Congratulations Bob, looking forward to seeing it up close at Beaulieu. H
We wernt looking to get a new car but had a trip before Xmas to Cambridge with one of my girls just to see Red 10 and take pics and dream of winning - as how many other times in a life time are we going to see such a beauty? and then after that it then got the man maths working and the thought process of if we didn't win Red 10 could we get a Db 9 ....ta daaa.

So pleased that you have your name down for the Beaulieu event and we look forward to see Red 10 (and you of course) as well as many other PH there. smilebounce

Well done mate, you are a man of impeccable taste and style. However I am very biased, as I also bought a 2013 DB9 a few months ago. It came with the same wheels as yours, but I prefer the 5 spoke version so were soon swapped over. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do mine.

wow looks stunning in white. That too would have been an equal choice. Hope to see you at some of the events this year.
